    Ordering

    How does ordering work?

    Build your rack or describe what you need, then submit your email. We'll reply with a few questions about your use, material and quantity, send a quote, and confirm the final design with you before production starts. Nothing is charged when you submit a request.

    How long does it take?

    Most racks ship in about one week after the design is confirmed. We'll confirm the timing with your quote.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently ship within the United States. For other locations, send a custom request and we'll check.

    Is there a minimum order?

    No. Single racks are welcome, and we can quote volume pricing for larger orders.

    Design

    My vial isn't in the size list. Can you still make a rack for it?

    Yes. Choose the closest size and add the vial's diameter and height in the notes, or send a custom request. We can also work from the product's catalog number.

    Can I get more than three vial types or more than six vials of each?

    Yes. Send a custom request describing what you need, and we'll design around it.

    Why are there holes in the bottom of each well?

    They drain spilled liquid so it doesn't pool under a vial, and they make the rack easier to clean and dry.

    What do the labels look like?

    Label style depends on the material and how the rack will be used, and it can be adjusted for your request.

    Materials

    What are the racks made of?

    We choose the material based on how the rack will be used. Tell us about your environment and the cleaning or disinfection agents you use, and we'll recommend a material with your quote.

    Are racks supplied sterile?

    No. Racks are supplied non-sterile. Clean or disinfect them according to your facility's procedures before use.

    Can you provide material information for our quality team?

    Yes. We're happy to share material information and support your evaluations.

    Product use and suitability

    Are your products validated for GMP or cleanroom use?

    No. Cleanroom Customs products are general-purpose lab accessories. They are not medical devices, are supplied non-sterile, and are not validated for any specific process, regulatory requirement or GMP application.

    Before using a product in a controlled or regulated environment, you're responsible for confirming it suits your intended use, including compatibility with your cleaning and disinfection agents, your particulate and cleanroom requirements, and any evaluation or qualification your quality system requires. We're happy to share material information and support your evaluations.

    Cleanroom Customs is a small business based in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through cleanroomcustoms.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    What we collect

    Information you send us. When you submit a vial rack request, a custom request, or a launch notification sign-up, we receive what you enter: your email address and, depending on the form, your name, company, request details, notes, and the vial rack configuration you built.

    Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.

    We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on this site.

    How we use it

    We use the information you submit to:

    • confirm we received your request and reply to it,
    • ask follow-up questions, prepare quotes, and design and deliver what you ordered,
    • let you know when a service you signed up for becomes available,
    • keep records of requests and orders.

    We won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.

    Who we share it with

    We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email, and only so they can provide those services:

    • Netlify, which hosts the website and stores form submissions,
    • Zapier, which sends the confirmation email after you submit a request,
    • Microsoft 365, which runs our business email.

    We may also disclose information if required by law.

    How long we keep it

    We keep request information for as long as we need it to respond to you, fulfill orders, and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless we need to keep it for an order or a legal obligation.

    Your choices

    You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving launch notifications, by emailing sales@cleanroomcustoms.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

    Security

    The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who handle your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as patient data, proprietary process details you can't share, or payment details through our forms.

    Children

    This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

    Changes to this policy

    If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
